Staff appeared to do their job but unfortunately not friendly nor helpful. I was denied a refund for a purchase of an unworn item (I returned to store within an hour of purchase). Also I had to return to the store to insist on receiving a tourist tax refund. Poor customer all round.

Today I went to this wonderful shop that has very very very kind stuff .One girl helped me found a wonderful coat, she with the smile all the time and a lot of patience . thank u I will definitely come back

Sisley is in front of Piazza San Babila and many people gather in this square in the afternoon or on weekends. At the weekend the brand presentation or the personal orchestra will perform here, so the transportation is convenient. Sisley is an Italian brand. If you come to Italy that you must come shopping. You will find that sisley has many styles and colors that other cities don't have and then you will find something special!

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We went to this shop on 1/21 afternoon, and when we checked out, a male cashier typed our nationality wrong. We are Taiwanese, and he typed “China”, I don’t understand why he don’t have common sense for customers nationality, especially we did show him our passports. We felt really insulted and angry about this, because when we went to the airport for tax refund, the people there have to make really great effort for helping us. I feel so sorry about Sisley’s employees training, so awful!!!
